Green Bean Salad

Ingredients

5lbs beans, snap, green, raw

1 tablespoon garlic powder

2 cups vegetable oil, canola

1/2 cup Vinegar, balsamic

1/4 cup grained dijon mustard

1 teaspoon fine sea salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 lb 9oz dried cranberries

15 oz sunflower kernels

Directions

Cut green beans into 1 inch pieces and place into a large bowl or serving pan.

Stir together the garlic powder, oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Mix until fully combined and smooth

Pour dressing mixture over green beans.

Add cranberries and sunflower seeds.

Toss until fully combined and all ingredients are coated with dressing.
