The 3 Cs
Mission
Our mission is to provide information and motivation for parents, schools, and farmers by educating the community on how and why they should embrace Farm to School activities and programming.
“Farm to school partnerships have a proven track record of encouraging kids to eat more healthy foods and creating new market opportunities for the farmers that grow them.”
–Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack
Vision
We imagine a generation of eaters that can prepare affordable, delicious foods for themselves and their loved ones with ingredients that support the earth, farmers, and their communities.
We imagine a generation of eaters that know how to make food choices that support their health, cause no unnecessary harm, and provide a fair living to farmers and producers.
We imagine a generation of eaters that can remain healthy and happy without the need for crash diets, trendy food products, or self-denial.
