Ingredients
1 Tbsp. dried garlic or jarred minced garlic
1 Tbsp. cup olive oil or vegetable oil
1/8 Tbsp. white wine vinegar or lime juice
2 cups plain, low-fat greek yogurt
1 cucumber, grated, and water squeezed out
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Mix crushed garlic with sale and pepper. Add oil and vinegar or lemon juice and mix well.
Please the yogurt in a serving bowl. Add the oil and vinegar mixture in stages, stirring gentle with a wooden spoon.
Add the grated cucumber and mix well. Chill before serving.
Cut up an assortment of raw vegetables into dipping size pieces.
