Black Bean, Corn, and Tomato Salad

Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup frozen Corn, thawed
1/4 cup peppers
1/4 cup onion
1/2 cup cooked black beans
3 Tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: 1 fresh-squeezed lime
Directions
Cut cherry tomatoes in half or quarters and dice peppers and onion
Combine black beans, corn, tomatoes, peppers and onions
Mix in oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Avoid over mixing.
Let the flavors blend! Place in fridge for at least 20 minutes or up to one day, before serving.
